You Book
Pick a plan, a day and a window in the app or online.
Driver Picks Up
You get a notification when your driver is on the way. Your driver photographs your bag at pickup and weighs it.
Partner Facility Processes
Your bag goes to a partner laundromat near you. It is washed with quality detergent, or fragrance-free if you ask, then dried and folded.
Quality Check
The laundromat checks the fold and seals your bag before it goes back out.
Delivered Back
Your bag comes back by the return time set when you booked. We leave it at the spot you chose and send you two photos of where it is.
Stamps
The app adds a stamp when your order is delivered. Stamps unlock credit, add-ons and free bags. See the Rewards page.

Pickup and delivery
Hand it to me or leave it
Choose at checkout. If you pick Hand it to me, your driver waits up to 5 minutes at pickup. At delivery, if you're not there within 2 minutes, we leave your bag at your door and send you two photos of where it is.
Delivery spots
Your door, outside the building, the front desk or concierge, or the mailroom.
Early pickup
If your driver is nearby before your window, we may ask if you want to hand over early. Your return time stays the same.
Messaging
Message your driver in the app. No phone numbers are shared.
